Lift check valve provide fluids to flow in one direction and prevent backflow, they are designed to operate based on the flow pressure, they consist of a spring loaded disc, when the fluid enter in the valve the pressure from the fluid flow pushes the disc away from the seat and allow fluids to pass through the path and when the pressure decreases the the disc come back to the seat and create a tight seal and prevent from reverse flow, the spring is stronger than the pressure of the fluid flow, so the disc will remain closed even when the pressure drops, prevent reverse flow and maintain the integrity of the system.

Lift check valves are simple in design and easy to operate, and need low maintenance as they have fewer moving parts. They are ideal for use in the water treatment and HVAC Systems where backflow prevention is critical.
