Terms and Conditions

1. General Overview
These terms and conditions apply to all sales and transactions between Valvesonly Europe and its customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with these terms. Valvesonly Europe reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Delivery Terms
All products are delivered based on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Valvesonly Europe makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation issues or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly. Delivery lead times depend on the type of valve, quantity, and shipping location. Valvesonly Europe is not liable for delays caused by third parties or events beyond its control.

3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to the shipment of the products, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Valvesonly Europe accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Invoices must be paid within the agreed credit terms, and failure to comply may result in delays in delivery, additional fees, or cancellation of the order.

4. Product Warranty and Refund Policy
Valvesonly Europe guarantees that all products meet industry standards and specifications at the time of delivery. In the event of a product failure due to manufacturing defects within 90 days of delivery, Valvesonly Europe will provide a full refund or replacement, subject to inspection and approval. The customer must report any issues within this 90-day period, and the defective product must be returned for evaluation. Refunds will not apply to products damaged due to improper use, installation, or external factors beyond Valvesonly Europe's control.

5. Product Customization and Cancellations
Customized or specially manufactured valves cannot be canceled or returned once production has started. Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made before production, and may incur additional costs. Standard products may be returned if unused, but a restocking fee may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability
Valvesonly Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. The company’s liability is limited to the replacement cost of the defective product.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valvesonly Europe is located.
